Managing a large scale, publicly funded budget can be a tricky business, there are often many hoops to jump through and complicated reporting procedures which involve a large amount of administration. As part of our project management service, the Hamilton Project offers a great deal of experience in terms of managing large scale publicly funded budgets. We have experience of developing and managing budgets, the auditing process, financial and project reporting to funders and board of directors, managing cashflow, and contracting deliverers.
Managing funding and budgets
The Hamilton Project managed two large scale ESF and Learning and Skills Council Co-financed projects, which supported the delivery of media training schemes that included workshops, industry placements and a brand new qualification never delivered before in the North West. As well as developing the scheme and managing the project , The Hamilton Project monitored the large scale budgets, ensuring that the funders reports were accurate, reported on time and that projects were delivered on budget.
