Lime Square advertising

The vivid pallete chosen here for an advertising mini brand, was to lend the most impact possible to a short lived campaign. Activity was needed to raise awareness of available ground floor office space, in a recent development of apartments. With every apartment sold, comparitive office slaes were lagging behind. It was clear public perception that the development included offices was low.

High impact graphic elements such as chevrons were used to indicate both the size of individual plots and the relevant entrance. Contemporary fonts and clear-cut typography affording a balance of credability and visability.
